POSMODEV and A.D. FORMATION propose to health professionals , to parents, and to students, an efficient , rapid, and targeted, service for documentation, and formation whose central theme is the postural and neuromotor child development , its disorders and the therapeutic approach. This global theme is divided in several specific modules (topics).

Professional formations use working at a distance for theoretical themes, completed by practical training including directed work, and active practice by patients.
Professionals have also access separately to one or several modules, without registering for a complete formation, when they only twish to find out about a specific topic.
The work at a distance is supervised by Posmodev Formation: evaluation , complementary information by Email, reply to questions, ...

Parents and students can obtain some modules , and get a complement of information at a distance.

The Posmodev principle is now available according to 2 options

A Option: individual registration for one or several PMD modules, as described below (documentation at a distance only).

B.1 and B.2 Options: for health professionals who want a practical training, this option includes:
- inclusive registration for 5 Posmodev modules N 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 (B.1 option) - N 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 (B.2 option)
- after a period of 2 - 3 months that easily enables the complete theorical study of the PMD documentation, 5 days practical training in North of France, to study practical components of evaluation and basis of the global proprioceptive therapy, applied to children.
This practical part may take place individually or in a small group of 2 - 4 participants (maximum), according to organization conveniences.
The practical part may be presented in 2 languages: french, english.
The Posmodev documents are immediately available (from the registration payment); the date of the practical part is decided by previous reciprocal agreement.

Remark: a registration in the A option may be later converted into B option (complete formation) by paying the corresponding supplementary registration amount (including complementary modules).

What is a Posmodev - A.D.F. module?
That is an inclusive service of individual correspondence formation or documentation giving access to:
1) - A clear, illustrated and interactive documentation (links) dealing with a precise topic, with instructions of use.
2) - Training without stress: the study of documents is free and needs no internet connection , everyone may choose the studying time according to his own availabilities and to his own studying rate.
3) - an evaluation questionnaire may be sent by E-mail on simple request; this step, optional in the A option, is obligatory in the B option; it gives rise to clarify some aspects, to correct possible errors of interpretation, or to complete the information.
4) - after using this evaluation questionnaire you get a personalized and commented correction , sent by E-mail.
5) - at every moment it is possible to contact PMDF by E-mail, during 90 days after the registration for a module. top of the page

The module N 1 is called:
POSTURAL AND MOTOR DEVELOPMENT
qualitative and chronological markers

For health professionnals and students: This module describes in detail the stages of the posturo-motor development from the birth to free walking, provides precise markers, situates their functional organization in the global dynamic of the psychomotor and sensory development; it brings the basis of the posturological analysis for the evaluation of any young child. top of the page

The module N 2 is called:
CHECKUP OF THE AUTOMATIC POSTURAL REACTIVITY

For health professionnals and students:This module describes how to test the postural automatisms of a baby, from the birth, according to a standardized scale. Abnormal aspects, interpretation of reactions, their meaning in the field of diagnosis and prognosis are also tackled. top of the page

The module N 3 (option A only) is called:
DAILY LIFE AND MOTOR DEVELOPMENT
environment proposals

The content of this free module, made for parents, has been included in the different pages of this site. It is no longer subjected to specific download. top of the page

The module N 4 is called:
MUSCULAR SYNERGISMS
OF THE HUMAN LOCOMOTOR DEVELOPMENT

This module, for health professionals only, describes the main muscular chains and their organization in a global pattern in the course of the development. The myo - kinesiological analysis of locomotor activities, enables a clear comprehension of postural mechanisms, and leads to specific therapeutic arguments. This is an indispensable element to elaborate the active therapy of posturo-motor development disorders. That also contributes to avoid the main therapeutic errors, especially in the therapy of CP children. The module contains many anatomical references and illustrations. top of the page

The module N 5 is called:
BASIS OF THE VOJTA THERAPY

Only for health professionals registering in the B option. This module describes the basic techniques of the Vojta therapy for young children: working postures , stimulations, wanted answers, main instructions.
Each exercise is explained and illustrated.
No evaluation questionnaire, this module prepares exclusively for the practical training of the B.1 option. top of the page

The module N 6 is called:
REFLEXOLOGY and C.P. SYNDROMES

This module describes reflexes used for the neurological development checkup at a child under one year: posture, stimulations, waited reflex answers, interpretation for the development prognosis. It also describes the appearance stages of the main cerebral palsy syndromes during the first year of life, and specific alterations of the reflexology according to each syndrome.
This module includes no evaluation document, it also prepares for the practical training of the B.1 option. top of the page

The module N 7 is called:
SCOLIOSIS, THERAPY ACCORDING TO VOJTA

Only for health professionnals already initiated into the basis of the Vojta therapy: This module, describes with examples the technical means in the treatment of the scoliosis.
This module includes no evaluation document, it belongs to the B.2 option. top of the page

The module N 8 is called:
PROPRIOCEPTIVE FACILITATIONS according to H. Lagache

This module presents a panoply of 35 techniques of global proprioceptive stimulation imagined and then tested in the course of years with a lot of various aged children, concerned by various pathologies of development (often neurological). These techniques of facilitation can contribute to the postural harmonization or to target the oriented activation of more precise corporal regions. They are compatible with any specific rehabilitation program (Vojta, Bobath, other...), that they can complete.
The techniques are classified according to the postural development level of the patient and targeted postural components.
This module includes no evaluation document, prepares exclusively for the practical training of the B.2 option. top of the page

The module N 9 is called:
FAMILY COLLABORATION

This module exposes reasons and modes of active family participation to the therapeutic follow-up. It is fonded on the experience in the long term of professionals through many countries. top of the page

The module N 11 is called:
THE VIBRATORY PROPRIOCEPTIVE STIMULATION (V.P.S.)
IN NEUROPEDIATRIC PATHOLOGY

This module is a part of the B2 opotion (improvement); it presents the vibratory proprioceptive stimilation described by J.P. Roll and Coll, and a series of practical propostions usable in the neuro-pediatric pathologies from the second year of life and coherent with the Vojta therapy. The technical parameters of stimulation, the postural conditions, the indications and the expected effects are described and illustrated.
This module includes no evaluation document, it prepares exclusively for the practical training of the B.2 option. top of the page

Appearance of the modules: the text includes illustrations, to visualize the described postural components.

The indexation with links gives instantaneously access to each chapter of the documentation, to complementary notes and pictures for an easier understanding..

Whenever you want to contact PMDF to ask a precise question, ask for an advice, get a more detailed explanation, you may send an E-mail message just by clicking on this image, present on each formation document (answer within 48 hours, apart from special notification).

The quality and the precision of the documentation, comfort and simplicity of use, autonomy, are the first advantages of the individual correspondence formation - documentation by the POSMODEV concept. That demands only short occasional internet connections and needs neither computer science, nor a large web ability . The very soft registration price, compared with the traditional formation means, is the second advantage of this concept, made for users who want to study or inform themselves at home, according to their own rhythm, but with the possibility to get help each time it seems useful, without disturbing their usual professional life. The B Option includes a practical part. top of the page
